Oliver joined the family business straight from school in 1995 and remains one of the youngest people to ever qualify as a hearing aid dispenser in 1997. Over the years, Oliver has learned a lot, not just about hearing loss and hearing technology but about the impact hearing loss can have on people, relationships, and quality of life. Oliver is one of the UK’s few Phonak Lyric fitters and is regularly approached by hearing aid manufacturers to take part in focus groups to help mould the future of hearing care. Oliver is a Director in our sister company DigiClear, in Bishops Stortford.
Away from County, Oliver and his wife Fleur have 5 children who keep them busy and happy
Lucy joined County Hearing Care in September 2022 as part of our Front of House team, and soon stepped into the role of Practice Manager. Lucy has worked as a Teaching Assistant previously, and brings skills of patience, understanding and attention to detail.
Lucy says "I love working at County Hearing. I really enjoy the challenge of helping people to understand our services and how we can benefit them. I love how busy and varied our days are, and I'm really enjoying learning the technical detail behind how our business works from the rest of the team."
